About
"It's better to have permanent income than be fascinating" – Oscar Wilde
Oscar Wilde said that “work is the curse of the drinking class.” We like Wilde. We named the blog after his antimetoble because this blog is not our work. It’s an attempt at irony.
As copywriters, journalists, editors and proofreaders, we earn our drink by working hard at copy-writing, reporting, editing and proofreading, but we post here to get relief from that reality. As aspiring authors and publishers we have setup this blog to give us an excuse to be involved in publishing and writing, while getting advice from the more experienced. Here we post author and creative writing tips, book news, great reads and all that is book-related.
We will be posting blogger profiles soon.
